Our Manager of Compliance Services will serve as a senior lead resource for the compliance team and provide a first-class client experience for affiliated League credit unions through ViClarity's products and services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide compliance and client support to include, answering compliance questions, marketing/ad reviews, newsletter articles, and compliance training/presentations.
  • Manage client relationships and build, support and maintain strong relationships by serving as a trusted compliance partner.
  • Serve as the senior lead resource to the compliance team and assist with cross training as needed.
  • Support the Senior Director of Client Services with department tasks, projects and reports as needed.
  • Assist with AdVisor services to include maintenance, process enhancements, onboarding and client engagement and experience.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the state and federal laws and regulations impacting credit unions.
  • Engage in business development and cross selling opportunities, to promote and create awareness of ViClarity services and tech solutions to both existing and potential clients.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of industry experience with compliance and operational knowledge of credit unions.
  • 3+ years of management experience, preferably in the credit union industry.
  • Knowledge of governmental affairs (state and federal laws) and the regulatory process.
  • Advanced research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong rapport with clients.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with facilitation and training, along with business development and marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
