Manager of Corporate Finance & Strategy

The Manager of Corporate Finance & Strategy is a robust role that will play a key part in commercial opportunities, due diligence and financial modeling for potential investments and divestitures, spearheading the budget process, and more.
The Manager of Corporate Finance & Strategy offers a competitive compensation package that include base salary + hefty annual bonus + other + robust benefits package and generous PTO. The company orders lunch in on some weekdays and allows for work from home Fridays as business permits. Free membership to onsite gym.
Key responsibilities for the Manager of Corporate Finance & Strategy include but are not limited to:
- Create and maintain complex financial models
- Valuation analysis for potential acquisitions and mergers
- Research and analyze industry trends
- Partner with the commercial team for analysis of business activities and their impact on the business
- Investor Relations activities including investor presentations, press releases, conferences, etc.
- Creation of presentations for senior leadership, Board of Directors, private equity, and other investors
- Partner with cross functional teams – finance, commercial, treasury, investor relations
- Evaluate and analyze the financial impact of corporate asset transactions and their structures
- Other ad hoc financial and business development projects as they arise
Requirements:
- B.S. Finance or related degree from 4-year accredited university
- M.S. Finance or MBA highly desirable and preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with a large investment bank or private equity firm focused on the energy sector or 5+ years of related industry experience with a large, complex energy company
- Experience creating and maintaining complex financial models, industry and market analysis, creation of financial presentations and investor decks, detailed analysis for due diligence of acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Advanced Excel skills required, experience with Tableau or similar BI tool is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
