As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving performance improvement initiatives. • Provide leadership and management for the Emergency Department, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices.
• Maintain readiness for emergencies and coordinate drills and training sessions.
• Participate in community outreach and education programs related to emergency care and public health.

Candidate requirements

• A bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification are preferred.
• Master's degree in nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience in an emergency department setting, and at least 2 years of leadership or management experience in emergency services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
