Oversee the production of month-end reporting packages for revenue cycle management and clinical departmentsAnalyze and interpret revenue cycle data to support decision-making for divisional and organizational leadersCollaborate with BI programming staff to enhance and maintain dashboards and reporting toolsConduct financial research and perform ad hoc financial analysis, including forecasting and risk analysisServe as a resource for data management and analysis across the organizationWhat is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of a college or university degree in a related fieldAt least 7 years of work experience in a related job disciplineStrong understanding of data and analytic tools, as well as healthcare/revenue information systemsAbility to communicate financial information clearly and conciselyExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
