  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Oversee the production of month-end reporting packages for revenue cycle management and clinical departments
  • Analyze and interpret revenue cycle data to support decision-making for divisional and organizational leaders
  • Collaborate with BI programming staff to enhance and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
  • Conduct financial research and perform ad hoc financial analysis, including forecasting and risk analysis
  • Serve as a resource for data management and analysis across the organization
  • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of a college or university degree in a related field
  • At least 7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
  • Strong understanding of data and analytic tools, as well as healthcare/revenue information systems
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA, MHA, or MBA strongly preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Decision Support, Accounting, or Finance in a multi-site healthcare environment
  • Experience in a management or leadership role
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle metrics
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software
