Manager of Global Pricing Software Development wanted by GBT US LLC in New York, NY. Performing hands-on software development and testing for Pricing models, and other tools used in the Global Travel finance organization; Supporting pricing tools enhancement using visual programming languages and conducting financial predicative analysis using Python, R, and Tableau; Acting as financial technology subject matter expert for the pricing models deployed; Translating end-user requirements into technical specifications and supporting decision making processes that drive continuous improvement of pricing models and tools; Maintaining pricing databases (SQL server), tools, dashboards, and systems; Functioning as a core member of an agile team driving user story analysis and elaboration, designing, and developing software applications, testing, and building automation tools; Contributing to the development of a formal methodology to allow for a comparison of priced proforma vs. actual P&L income statement; Providing scheduled and unscheduled pricing data reporting across GBT; Analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints; and Modifying existing software to correct errors, allowing it to adapt to new hardware or to improve its performance. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in any related occupation. Must have two (2) years of experience supporting ETL of data from varied systems using T-SQL into single source to support financial models & reporting deliverables; two (2) years of experience developing & maintaining automated financial models with VBA, SQL server & in-house reporting system; two (2) years of experience performing Variance & Trend analysis for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A); two (2) years of experience managing process improvement for software development; two (2) years of experience defining and implementing data acquisition and integration logic for data analysis; and Developing Ad-Hoc reports for business intelligence; and one (1) year of experience developing Predictive Analysis and Improvising existing tools using Python; and Creating Interactive dashboards using data visualizing tools.
