  • Along with Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting, oversee firmwide lateral partner recruiting efforts, including strategic search initiatives
  • Along with Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting, collaborate with key stakeholders regarding needs and active candidates
  • Provide support in developing and managing search firm relationships with respect to lateral partner hiring and serve as a liaison to search firm personnel regarding needs
  • Provide oversight to lateral partner onboarding process and provide support integration function as needed
  • Along with Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting, and relevant business services members, routinely evaluate and refine partner recruiting and integration strategies and programs
  • Monitor market trends and compile competitive intelligence to help in bolstering candidate pipeline
  • Provide supervision to junior team members
  • Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience, ideally in lateral legal recruiting
  • Strong understanding of legal recruiting processes and knowledge of mid-to-large sized law firms
  • Effectively handle and prioritize multiple, time-sensitive tasks and work well in a high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong attention to detail in all written work
  • Candidate must be a self-starter who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and interest in taking ownership of responsibilities
  • Experience managing staff
This position will require physical presence in Proskauer's offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm). The anticipated compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000.
