General Statement:Under the supervision of the Director of Intake and Outpatient Services, performs administrative, clinical, and professional tasks in the development, management, and supervision of services for individuals with Substance Use Disorders and Co-Occurring SUD and MH disorders; maintains best practice and model fidelity in developing and administering services to those with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental illness, intellectual/developmental disability and trauma and/or chronic health conditions that challenge recovery; provides clinical supervision, staff development and case consultation; facilitates treatment team meetings guiding the team decision making process; works as a member of the clinical teams, including direct service provision as needed; provides education within the agency and for the community, performs related work as required and across various agency locations. Minimum Requirements:Educational RequirementsLicense RequirementsYear(s) of ExperienceBoard ExaminationMaster's in Social WorkMichigan Master's Level Social Worker (LMSW) credential, Clinical and/or Macro Willing and able to supervise LLMSWs and LLBSWs as requested AND three (3) years experience working with adults and/or children and families who have a diagnosis of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities or Dual Diagnosis, mental illness, and/or co-occurring substance abuse disorder AND a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience. Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) credential or a development plan for the CCS credential from Michigan Board for Addiction Professionals (MCBAP) within 3 months of hire. Willing and able to supervise staff on development plans for MCBAPMaster's in PsychologyMichigan Limited License Psychologist (LP, LLP, or TLLP) credentialThree (3) years of experience working with adults and or children and families who have a diagnosis of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities or Dual Diagnosis, mental illness, and/or co-occurring substance abuse disorder AND a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience. Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) credential or a development plan for the CCS credential from Michigan Board for Addiction Professionals (MCBAP) within 3 months of hire.
