Manager of System Implementation & Operational Support - Hybrid -56051 Job Num: 56051 h5Job Description**Must have Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP system application implementation**Experience of S/4 Hana is required.Title: Manager (System Implementation & Operational Support) Location: New York, NYWork style: HybridSalary: $100- 130K (DOE)Key Responsibilities: This position is responsible for leading team members to solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, modifying, and maintaining application systems to meet user needs.The right candidate will possess:

• Project management experience
• Non-Japanese vendor management experience
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Analytical skills with regards to requirements analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP system application implementation
• SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP Certification
• Strong English communication skills to support customers, report to upper management, as well as to effectively work with the team
• Strong leadership skills
• Collaborates well with team and project members
• Ability to work well with a team as well as individually
• Ability to be a good team player with great communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
