Manager of Time, Attendance, Leaves, and Workers' Compensation - Stony Brook University : Job Details

Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Two (2) years of full-time experience in timekeeping, leave administration, and/or workers' compensation management. Strong knowledge of and experience working with federal and state labor laws, including FMLA, NYS PFL, Paid Parental Leave, LTD, and workers' compensation regulations. Proficiency in timekeeping and HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle, ADP). Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Professional HR certification (i.e., SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, HRCI, or PHR/ SPHR). Experience working with unionized workforces and interpreting collective bargaining agreements. Supervisory experience. Experience in public sector employment and/or higher education, or within a large complex environment.
