Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 47 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 9,500 miles of pipeline and over 100 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership's fuel distribution operations, which serve approximately 10,000 convenience stores, independent dealers, commercial customers, and distributors.

Summary
This position will be based at the Wolsey, SD terminal. This position is subject to both pre-employment and random DOT drug testing. This job is responsible for the supervision of employees and the management of all pipeline and terminal assets within assigned areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, metering, quality control, regulatory compliance including audits, required inspections, record keeping and high priority on safety.
* Manage expenses and implement programs and procedures to keep operational costs at minimum levels.
* Know and follow all state and federal regulatory permits and requirements.
* Provide local incident management to all emergencies.
* Be available 24/7/365 to resolve unintended and abnormal operational issues.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 8+ years of pipeline and/or terminal operations experience required
* Experience in Process Safety Management preferred.
* Possess Operator Qualifications is preferred
* Knowledge of refined products batching pipeline movements and hydraulics is preferred.
* Ability to interact with and satisfy customers
* Hazwoper training
* Valid driver's licenses required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft products
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently proof work for accuracy
* Ability to manage time and scheduling to meet appropriate deadlines.
* Ability to work successfully in stressful situations and manage multiple tasks.
* Ability to use awareness of relationships and impacts of data trends and elements to appropriately recommend actions that impact both near and long-term company operations and profits.
* Ability to take directions from management and interact effectively with co-worker.
* Must have supervisory skills to effectively manage a staff of approximately 10 employees.
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
* Basic knowledge of control systems, electronics, electricity, pumps, motors, refined products quality control, etc.
