Pri-Med is looking for a Manager, Outcomes & Insights! This role is responsible for the development of outcomes reports for educational initiatives in addition to supporting full-cycle project management of grant funded activities within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a leader in primary care continuing medical education (CME) since 1995, Pri-Med provides clinicians across the US with timely and practical insights through online and in-person education. This position will encompass working on multiple outcomes reporting projects simultaneously by providing support for grant educational activities from grant initiation through client management, implementation, and post-program reporting. The Manager, Outcomes & Insights will execute all outcomes reporting utilizing internal resources, third party data, capabilities, processes, and procedures for assessing, planning, and evaluating the effectiveness of continuing education activities targeted to healthcare professionals.

This role will be part of a team largely based at Pri-Med's headquarters in the Back Bay section of Boston, but fully remote or hybrid arrangements will be considered for exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead outcomes reporting and provide strategic support for the reporting process from grant acceptance to completion.
  • Compile post-program, quarterly, interim, final outcomes reporting for clients.
  • Project management and execution for multiple, simultaneous projects of varying complexity from inception to completion.

On-going Outcomes Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep understanding of our grant development, implementation, data collection and inputs process to enable collaboration with Business Development, Client Services, Clinical and Data Science leads.
  • Develop effective post-show, monthly, interim, and final outcomes reports in collaboration with client services and clinical leads.
  • Ensure report results consistency throughout each report.
  • Analyze reported data using basic statistical knowledge and interpret findings in collaboration with client services and clinical leads.
  • Track all outcomes data for approved grants.
  • Manage and update the tracking grids for all activities to ensure they are up-to-date, and team members are aware of any mid-cycle changes.
  • Review program evaluations for alignment with outcomes expectations.
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot potential data/reporting issues with Client Services team, vendors, Data Science team.
  • Collaborate with contracted vendors engaging in outcomes data capture to ensure data is being tracked appropriately.
  • Lead bi-weekly outcomes and reconciliation meetings.
  • Coordinate a high volume of deliverables and maintain clear communication with education vendors, faculty, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least five years of project management experience.
  • Strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and project management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple, parallel projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically across multiple processes to recommend and lead change.
  • Ability to work independently and create collaborative working relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the company, grant supporters and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheets, Tableau, and Microsoft Office: Windows, Word, PowerPoint (including templates), and Excel.
  • Must be willing to travel domestically 2 to 4 times annually; some weekend travel required.
