Become part of the Willow Bridge family and grow your career path today.ResponsibilitiesThe Manager, Procurement Process & Controls position is responsible for the development, delivery and oversight of Procurement processes, development of reporting and development of P2P capabilities. In this role the Manager, Procurement Process & Controls will work indirectly with AP to ensure invoices are processed and paid according to Willow Bridge terms.Design, develop and implement procurement process & policy improvements by communicating action plans, guiding teams through changes, articulating business cases to stakeholders.Develop and implement business strategies, analyze costs and forecasts, support resource requirements, and promote a customer-focused environment.Align cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives by leveraging relationships, resolving conflicts, and eliminating obstacles to ensure timely deliverables.Develop reporting to measure Procurement and Business performance.Identify opportunities, establish procedures, and recommend sustainable solutions by understanding trends and best practices.QualificationsKnowledge of procurement processes, standards, and systems required.Comfortable preparing and presenting updates for senior management.Ability to maintain effective working relations with user groups and vendors.Ability to listen and ascertain the needs of the respected clients.Ability to understand and execute project management activities.Knowledge of accounting principles as related to procurement.Ability to analyze data, make judgments and develop reports.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Business.
