Overview
Reporting to the Head of the Programmatic Trading Desk (PTD), this North America role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and programmatic advertising and is responsible for developing and growing InMobi's relationship across programmatic trading decks in each respective region. This role will work collaboratively across disciplines to develop deeper programmatic enablement and growth in support of InMobi's product and revenue goals.
You will be responsible for initiating, building & driving revenue growth by solving customer problems through data-driven strategies through key relationships across Programmatic, Trading, Operations, Analytics, Marketplaces, learning and development and more, that support account level engagements by sales teams. This role will work with cross-functional teams to drive market strategies, support overall agency product enablement and contribute to a world class team and culture.
This senior role is essential to the NA team and platform demand organization, driving critical customer insights and shaping strategic solutions that directly impact our programmatic success. As a trusted programmatic leader, you'll forge key client partnerships, leverage high-impact data insights, and independently lead initiatives to elevate our presence and performance across the region.
The role will be based in-market and onsite in our NYC office, reporting to the Global Head of PTD, and focused 80% externally with customers and 20% internally for cross-functional management of key stakeholders.

The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $111,264—$148,000 USD (min to max of base salary pay). This salary range is applicable for our offices located in California and New York*.
In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus / sales incentive, as deemed per policy in addition to fixed compensation.
*Our ranges may vary based on final location and region of the role in accordance with the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.
In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units.
