SUMMARY The Manager, Project Coordination primarily manages all aspects of the technology solution for mutual fund financial reporting and performance reporting. Additionally, this role supports the financial administration team with all the activities conducted in support of running a mutual fund for the clients of Ultimus Fund Solutions. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Tracks and manages implementation of Confluence financial reporting software for new and existing products.
  • Assists with development of workflows, processes, and procedures around technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and quality of service.
  • Creates and maintains financial templates, workbooks, and publishing output.
  • Reviews final output for data accuracy and formatting.
  • Provides training to financial administration team.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
  • Mentors associates through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods used.
  • Contact as needed with clients regarding general information, resolution of issues, inquiries, or reporting requirements.
  • Contact with members of team and internal teams regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc.
May perform other duties as required and assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of mutual fund administration or mutual fund accounting experience.
KNOWLEDGE
  • SEC, IRS, and general ledger accounting requirements and laws as they apply to investment companies and other fund structures.
  • Confluence financial reporting and performance systems.
  • InvestOne or similar fund accounting system.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adobe Acrobat.
