PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: Support development and manage ongoing deployment of Constellation&rsquos Recruitment Marketing brand strategy externally, in partnership with Talent COEs, Talent Acquisition Delivery, Marketing, Corporate Communications, D&I and other key stakeholders. Support development, creative direction, planning, analytics and execution of a formal paid social engagement strategy leveraging platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor. Engage with PR on organic external messaging related to employee and candidate engagement. Work with Employment Brand Manager to support development and oversee execution of an integrated content marketing strategy to convey Constellation&rsquos employment brand story, including photos, videos, recruitment marketing collateral, job postings, programmatic advertising, Careers site content, etc. Consult with the TA Delivery team to design and/or continually improve recruitment marketing content and candidate experience/engagement initiatives designed to increase quality of hire, reduce recruiting expenses, and speed the acquisition of talent. Manage, execute, and analyze the career site suite and strategy. Maintain relationships with key external contacts, including our external advertising agency partners, and vendors as necessary. Leverage survey tools and data to establish metrics to provide actionable insights, measure ROI, and inform future recruitment marketing strategy. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Drive execution of Constellation&rsquos Employment Brand strategy and candidate experience initiatives focusing on our external audiences. Manage external advertising spend related to recruitment marketing campaigns. Support TA Delivery/Sourcing team in development and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns including collateral, advertising, marketing, etc. Identify and monitor critical metrics with both recommendations and return on investment scenarios and develop/maintain reporting/presentations on key initiatives, communicate opportunities to key stakeholders, and support continuous improvement efforts. Identify external engagement opportunities related to job advertising, brand awareness marketing, etc. Social/digital marketing experience including familiarity with CRM (candidate relationship management) technology. Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization · Knowledge of current talent acquisition trends and the digital landscape in relation to candidate journey. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor&rsquos degree (Human Resources, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required) Seven (7) or more years combined experience in the fields of talent acquisition and/or marketing. 1-2 years&rsquo experience in employment branding or recruitment marketing advertising creation and execution. Experience supervising and developing direct reports to successful outcomes. Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization Innovative and creative mindset. Strong technical and analytical skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Social/digital marketing experience including familiarity with CRM (candidate relationship management) technology. Knowledge of current talent acquisition trends and the digital landscape in relation to candidate journey. Preferred Qualifications Advertising knowledge using platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, etc. Social/digital sourcing experience including familiarity with CRM technology. Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization. Knowledge of current talent acquisition trends and the digital landscape in relation to candidate journey. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to operate strategically and build effective partnerships across multiple levels of the business.
