Manager of Reimbursement Programs

Job Summary:
Responsible for cost reporting and A/R valuations that contribute to efforts of optimizing health system reimbursement from all payors in accordance with regulatory, accounting, and contractual standards and arrangements. Coordinates certain Third-Party Reimbursement Activities for Froedtert Theda Care Health, Inc. and affiliates. Reports to the Director of Reimbursement.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Minimum of five years of healthcare related finance or accounting experience required. Healthcare reimbursement experience is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor of Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting or Finance required. Master of Business Administration (MBA), Accounting or Finance preferred.
TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
Kodiak Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) training and/or proficiency preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Knowledge of Medicare, Managed Care and other reimbursement methodologies. Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Comfort with providing recommendations and presenting material to executive and middle management.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
CPA preferred.
