Manager Respiratory Therapy - Clinical Management Consultants : Job Details

A Northern California Community Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Services Manager to join their tightly knit community.

The Manager of Respiratory Services will report to the Director of Acute Care Services, and additionally will collaborate with the ICU Nurse Manager. The Manager of Respiratory Services will oversee a highly trained and skilled team of Respiratory Therapists.

The Respiratory Therapy Manager will maintain oversight of daily operations of the department, including management of staffing, scheduling, departmental budget, strategic initiatives, hiring and termination, training and education, and other administrative duties as assigned. The Respiratory Therapy Manager RRT will demonstrate commitment to building and developing a collaborative team-oriented environment and will serve as a liaison to their team members, patients, and families. The RRT Manager will assume the duties of the Director in their absence and will provide 24/7 coverage of the department.

The Manager of Pulmonary Services will be responsible for the planning, organization, direction, coordination and integration of the department to include administrative, technical and educational aspects of operations in association with, and under the supervision of the Director of Acute Care Services.
