The Manager of Supply Chain Analytics is responsible for leading a team of analysts to develop, train and implement key replenishment, demand and supply chain reporting, tools and systems, and Analytics. To accomplish this, you'll possess a keen understanding of the business needs and operations through partnerships with the SVP, VPs, Directors, Managers, and operators of the business. You'll be a super-user of the suite of tools and systems built to analyze and optimize the business. Ultimately, you are accountable for ensuring our Supply Chain has the tools needed to run the business in an efficient and productive manner by providing actionable insights with recommendations and alerts.You'll have impact across Burlington's Supply Chain organization including accuracy of day-to-day reporting within distribution and transportation and deriving insights into the business through accurate data handling and reporting.This position reports to our Director of Supply Chain Analytics, is considered hybrid, and must be located in a commutable distance.A Day in the Life:Business Acumen: Responsible for providing area-specific data analytics, including development and deployment of necessary dashboards and reporting.SME: Must possess a strong understanding of the business to provide effective solutions that meet the customer's needs and the ability to drive a concept from vision to completion with limited direction.Business Intelligence: Create, produce and generate weekly Supply Chain Monday Morning reporting package, inclusive of insights form inventory demand/allocation to Shipping.Analytics: Create and produce advanced analytical tools and solutions for complex problems that arise in DC Ops and Logistics.Ad Hoc reporting and analysis for various business needs.Cross Functional Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with internal partners: Supply Chain, IT, and Business Architecture to build effective reporting and analytical tools and dashboards.Project Management: Leverages Subject Matter Expertise to develop and conduct training on analytical tools and dashboards.People/Team Leader: Will lead a team of 2-4 direct reports and is responsible for the career growth of these individuals.You'll Come With:Bachelor'sDegree in Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related field6+ years' experience in Supply Chain OperationsProficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)Proficient in business intelligence reporting tools (PowerBI, SQL, Python, and other Data analyses and reporting tools)Ability to handle 5 -7 tasks simultaneously,project design, end-to-end delivery, and/or management skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills5+ years' experience of Manhattan, Blue Yonder (former JDA), Oracle, or SAP Supply Chain System Management preferredProficient in Oracle, NoSQL, R and R Shiny, MS SharePoint, and Power BI tools like PowerBI, Power Automate, and others preferredUnderstand business processes and how it correlates with IT infrastructure preferredCome join our team.
