Responsibilities: Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees Create a positive environment Meet sales goals and other performance criteria Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales and profits Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance Manage, assign and follow up on tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept Provide customers exceptional service Resolve customer concerns Qualifications: Some experience in a sales environment 1 year supervisory experience Ability to effectively influence others Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance Other duties as assigned Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalent.
