HPC-Industrial powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a Chemical Cleaning Manager Trainee (Industrial Services) to work at a customer location in Deer Park, TX and to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible for two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes responsibility over proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion. Ensures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services. The Chemical Cleaning Manager Trainee serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers.

Skills and experience:

* Hands-on mechanical aptitude

* Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills

* Ability to interact with customers and peers in a professional manner

* Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point / Outlook)

* Strong leadership skills / potential

* Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills for both internal and external communication

* Excellent problem-solving / relationship-building skills

Essential duties:

* Assists Management in all aspects of operations, including field operations, safety, sales, maintenance and administration for multiple service lines. This includes project engineering, scope development, and pricing.

* Perform duties in an Industrial setting, working from the ground up, training and assigned a mentor to monitor and give direction, along with measuring progress during the assignment.

* Build/maintain excellent customer relationships.

* Plan, organize and execute daily maintenance/project work.

* Manage/promote Company's purpose/priorities.

* Ensure optimal utilization of operational resources.

* Leverage technology/automation expertise/capability.

* After the 12-14-month training period, the manager-in-training has the potential to be promoted into an open leadership role such as Project Manager, etc.

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's or Associate's degree (STEM preferred).

* 3 to 5 Years

Job Requirements:

* Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, reach and move in an industrial facility.

* Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.

* Must be able to work in extreme climate conditions (heat index of 95 degree Fahrenheit or sub-freezing weather conditions.)

* Must be capable of working 12-16 hour shifts including days, nights, and weekends

* Must be willing to travel ~50%. Company provides travel costs, hotel and per diem.
