Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.What will you do?Oversees and plans change management initiatives that enable desired organizational change with minimum disruption of business processes.Develop and implement change management strategies for projects.Create communication, training and transition plans to support change initiatives.Implements detailed project plans to manage each phase's timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies.Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments to gauge change impacts.Lead and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions.Monitor and evaluate change management efforts through KPIs and success indicators, making course adjustments as needed.Maintains a working knowledge of existing business processes to understand the impact of changes.Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.Finance/Accounting experience preferredMBA or advanced degree preferred.Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).5+ years' experience in change management or organizational development, including 2+ years in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and implementing change management processes that enhance operational efficiency and employee engagementExperience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.Oversee change management milestones, goals, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.Assess risks and prioritize projects, ensuring effective delegation and resource allocation.Excellent organizational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.#LI-HYBRID #LI-MS1At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
