This role will travel up to 75% of time to various stores within the Central Region. Must be open to relocating once training is complete* MobilityWorks, serves the disabled community with wheelchair accessible minivans, full-size vans with lifts, as well as commercial fleet vehicles. What you get to accomplish: Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the stores operation to include sales and service operations. Support overall company initiatives and communicate with messaging consistent with the Regional Sales and Service Managers to store staff. Learn and assist with monthly reporting for store performance through key performance Indicators as outlined in Rhythm. Learn of market opportunities through on-site visits with vendors and provide suggestions for future marketing efforts. Support the store leadership in partnering with the HR Department to hire and retain qualified candidates in support of store staffing plans. Support sales teams with incoming leads as generated by the Business Development Center to ensure attainment of show rate and solution rate goals. Assist in the management of vehicle inventory in conjunction with the Inventory team. What you should possess: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 Year experience in sales management preferred. Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
