• Manage the daily operations of the salon while creating a positive, safe, and inviting environment for both clients and staff.
• Lead, train, and support a dedicated team of tanning consultants, fostering an environment of growth, accountability, and high performance.
• Use your marketing and sales skills to meet and exceed revenue goals, bringing new clients in and keeping loyal ones coming back.
• Maintain Palm Beach Tan's high standards of customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and leaves with a radiant glow.
• Oversee inventory, monitor tanning equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless salon operations.

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous management experience in retail or customer service industry
• Experience with boosting sales, meeting targets, and using marketing strategies to increase customer engagement.
• A passion for tanning and beauty
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, always going above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to ensure the salon operates smoothly.
