As a Managing Director for Greysteel in Tampa, Florida, you'll serve as the driving force behind our brokerage services' growth and success. This role is a dynamic blend of company and community leadership, business development, and cultural stewardship. You'll guide our Investment Sales teams towards new heights of collaboration, sustainable relationships, and excellence while fostering a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the strategic direction of the Tampa area and surrounding markets, setting clear objectives and rallying the team towards shared goals.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Help develop and retain top-tier talent, nurturing a diverse team equipped for long-term success. Champion a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Business Development: Drive organic growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, while also nurturing existing client relationships. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Market Engagement: Actively engage with industry stakeholders, local community groups, and professional networks to enhance Greysteel's brand visibility and market reputation. Your presence at events and forums will be instrumental in solidifying Greysteel's position as a leader in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Professional Coaching: Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members, empowering them to reach their full potential. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Product Expertise: Bring deep knowledge of commercial real estate investment sales in all product types (Multi-Family, Affordable Housing, Office, Industrial, Retail, Land, Self-Storage, Manufactured Housing, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, and Special Purpose).
  • Successful Team Leaders Have:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in real estate leadership or related sales roles, with a track record of success in driving business growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You possess unwavering integrity, credibility, and a commitment to Greysteel's mission and values.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of market dynamics, coupled with the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • License: Active real estate license in Florida required.
