The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Commercial Services to lead the execution of corporate sales strategies, brand values, and programs within a designated geographic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the consistent evaluation of sales and performance metrics, managing the customer experience, and sales performance across all commercial banking delivery channels. This role requires a strong leader with a minimum of 10 years of related sales and leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a proven track record in small business lending. The Managing Director will be tasked with developing and executing regional business plans, coordinating the delivery of various financial products and services, and actively participating in new business development activities.The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial lending, including loan origination, underwriting, and portfolio management, and a preference for those with wealth product knowledge and a strong referral track record. Essential duties include providing direct leadership to commercial banking staff, meeting with high-priority customers and prospects, and driving the adoption of omnichannel services. The role also involves talent management, including recruiting, developing, and retaining staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Managing Director will be a key representative of the company in the community, serving on boards, and committees, and engaging in non-profit activities to develop strong referral networks.
