The Managing Director's main role is to bring strategic goals and initiatives to the frontline management teams at all client sites. The Managing Director, Technical Excellence' responsibility is to deliver mentorship and support to all members of the Guardians program. Starting with the Technical Excellence Manager or Technical Excellence Lead at every account, the Managing Director, Technical Excellence will lead on a consistent basis in the tenants of Technical Excellence and what it means to provide the Expert level of hospitality at the client site. They will also assist them in the delivery of strategic initiatives and the consistent effort to standardize these initiatives at both the management level and individual level.
