Job Description :
- Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Manpower/Manning Analyst who will be a key support to the Systems Engineering Department, in Dahlgren, VA.
Job Description:- Review, update, and evaluate Navy Training Management and Manpower databases such as TFMMS, CeTARS, and FLTMPS to determine manpower requirements.
- Analyze activity manpower documents such as Activity Manning Documents (AMD).
- Determine data and detect trends as well as summarize findings, draw conclusions and develop presentations.
- Assist in annual review of training requirements in support of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.
Qualifications:- Must have a High School diploma and at least 3 years' experience reviewing, updating and evaluating Navy Training Management corporate database systems such as CeTARS and FLTMPS.
- Must have demonstrated experience in the annual review of training requirements in support of the Program Objective Memorandum process.
- Must have knowledge in U.S. Navy manpower requisition system, priority manning, and other manpower/manning forms and processes.
- Must have experience and detailed knowledge of the U.S. Navy Manpower and Manning programs.
- Must have working knowledge of the Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), My Navy Assignment (MNA), or similar manpower and manning programs.
Desired Qualifications:- Proficient in MS Office applications; Expert in MS Excel, preferred.
Security Requirements:- Must have an Active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to maintain that clearance.
Travel Requirements:- Occasional Travel - less than 10%
- If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (no later than position start date) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID.
Physical Requirements:- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
- Communicating with others to exchange information and repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Subject to outside environmental conditions (extreme cold/heat), subject to noise, vibration, hazards, atmospheric conditions (affect the respiratory system), frequently work in close quarters and/or function in narrow aisles or passageways.
