We also own and manage 200,000+ square feet of commercial, retail, and office space, along with 2000 self-storage units. Pay Rate: $23 - $25 per hour (commensurate with experience) What you'll get to do: As a Rehab Specialist, you will:

• Completing rehabilitation and demolition through various communities. Work to be done in a timely fashion and following all maintenance processes and procedures
• Rehabilitations and demolitions will vary in scope. The technician is responsible for following along the scope.
• Work with local authorities to secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Tracking time spent at sites in our property management software
• Tracking and maintaining material and supply inventory
• Overseeing work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Park Owned Mobile home interior and exterior repairs; such as, painting, appliances, heating systems, light plumbing, skirting, doors, windows, etc.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations
• Ensuring all equipment is in good working order and stored properly
• Performing regular property walk-throughs to ensure the quality of the community is being upheld
• Follow job related safety regulations as prescribed by training guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Comfortable with outside work 80 - 90% of the time in all seasons
• Day travel amongst communities
• All paperwork done via tablet and cell phone
• High School Diploma, preferred
• 2+ years' experience working in maintenance or construction
• Interested in working in a Property Management company
• Must have a valid, clean Driver's license
• Assist other teams such as service and infill as needed
• Organization and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
