Assembler Job Description:The Assembler performs various system and component assembly activities according to Standard Operating Procedures and instructions.Location: Georgetown, TexasShifts: 1st (7:00am - 3:45pm) Pay Rate: $15.00 (1st)Open Positions:
  • Rack Cable Labeling- sit down repetitive job, light lifting
  • Rack Assembly- physical job, frequent lifting of 20-25lbs, hand tools, torque driver, power tools
  • Rack Cabling-light lifting
  • Assembly Operators- small hands, tiny parts, dexterity
  • Unboxing/Material Running- material handling up to 25lb lifting
  • Chassis- repetitive lifting of 35lbs Transferrable Skills:
    • Read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electromechanical units
    • Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements
    • Attach identifying information on system parts
    • Perform precise system parts assembly according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
    • Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Demonstrate ability to work in a self-directed, high energy, fast paced environment
    • Manual dexterity for using light power and hand tools
