Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician with experience in cleanroom environments and assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of products in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly tasks in a cleanroom environment, ensuring all components are assembled according to established procedures and specifications. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization to meet strict regulatory standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met, including performing visual and mechanical tests to detect any defects or abnormalities.
• Operate various manufacturing tools, machinery, and automated equipment to assemble components, ensuring proper calibration and functioning.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including production logs, quality control checklists, and maintenance records, in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1+ years of experience in a cleanroom assembly line environment, with a strong understanding of cleanroom protocols and procedures.
• Knowledge of assembly techniques, troubleshooting, and basic equipment maintenance. Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• High school diploma.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), or other regulatory requirements for cleanroom environments.
• Experience with automated assembly systems.
