Manufacturing Associate experienced with Fabrication - 1st & 2nd shift opportunities $17.37 - $18.59/hr

Our client, is seeking individuals experienced with basic fabrication to join their team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in an industrial environment, previous experiencein a fabricating role and good work ethics which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate - FabricatorLocation: Wamego, KS Pay Range: $17.37/hr - $18.59/hr depending on shift. Shift: 1st Shift - Mon - Thurs. 5am - 3:30pm2nd Shift - Mon - Thurs 3:30pm - 2am

What s the Job?

  • Cut steel by using a numerical controlled cutting machine, tracer, radiograph and hand torch.
  • Move plates of steel with a forklift or overhead crane.
  • Coordinate daily requirements for remnants and down loading rework.
  • Review Manufacturing Order checking for cutting operations, material requirements, and accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Inspect product for accuracy

What s Needed?

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment in a fabricating role.
  • Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment
  • Abilityto stand, bend, twist & frequently lift 50lbs
  • Previous forklift experience is a plus
