About the Company:

Randstad Enterprises is looking for several experienced, goal-oriented, highly motivated professionals to join the Biomanufacturing team of a well-respected pharmaceutical facility in Durham, NC. If you have a good base knowledge in both the Downstream and Upstream processes of a Biomanufacturing cGMP environment, I would love to meet you :)

Night Shift | Day Shift | 4x10 Opportunities:

6-6 working a 2-2-3 shift with differential pay on top of salary.

6am - 4pm Monday - Thursday

Temp to Perm Contracts: starting at 6 months, conversion to a Full-time employee is based on performance and availability

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong cGMP, Aseptic, and GDP is a MUST
• Purification steps using flow-through and column capture chromatography
• Column packing and qualifications
• Manufacturing activities according to standard operating procedures, solution lot records and batch production records

Qualifications/Experience:

-Downstream/Purification equipment and processes

-DeltaV, MyCims, and Oracle based software

-Column Chromatography

-Upstream/Cell Culture and Media prep

-Physicality with cleaning (may flex over media)

-Support glass wash sterilization

Mechanical Ability:

-Experience with process automation systems

-Troubleshooting obvious problems and alerts supervision
