Manufacturing Associates-Night Shift-(New Flexible Schedules) Compensation: Starting Wage: $21.00 hourlyNew Flexible Schedules: 10-hour shifts (6 pm to 4:30 am, Monday to Thursday)Job Description for a Production-Manufacturing AssociateNew Florence Wood Products is hiring full-time Manufacturing Associates for our night shifts. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will perform various functions or roles as material handlers, machine operators, and production & general labor positions. Depending on the shift and production bonuses earned at New Florence Wood Products, a typical new hire can quickly earn an additional $2.00 an hour on top of their starting wage. As a Manufacturing Associate, your team relies on your efforts. Therefore, you must be reliable and punctual and regularly perform physical and repetitive tasks that support your production and team's goals.Night-Shift Schedule: 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday Other Benefits Provided
