Job Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES:* Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules.* Align with and maintain areas to 5S standards.* Segregate non-conforming materials according to work instructions.* Maintain equipment with daily cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.* Setup machines in accordance with job routings, set-up sheets, tooling drawings, component blueprints, and verbal instructions.* Perform all required testing, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.* Align with all safety and work instructions.* Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises.Required Skills - ExternalREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:* High School diploma or GED required.* Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time; strength in arms and legs.* Ability to read and comprehend technical specifications and instructions.* Ability to read and comprehend machine (G-code) programming (machinist positions).* Use of precision measurement tool and gauges.* Shop math and ability to complete calculations using handbook formulas.PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (for machinist positions):* Associates degree or equivalent experience in Machine Trades or Tool & Die.
