Manufacturing Data AnalystWe are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Data Analyst at our Plant 4 HQ Elkhart, IN facility. Key Responsibilities:Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from automated manufacturing systems and processes. Dashboard & Report Development: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs). Trend Identification: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in production data to recommend improvements. Collaboration: Work with engineering and operations teams to implement data-driven strategies for process optimization. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of automated systems and suggest enhancements based on data insights. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and provide actionable recommendations. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by developing and implementing data quality checks. Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in data analytics and automation technologies.Anticipated travel: 20%Education: Bachelor'sdegree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.Experience with datavisualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience: 5+ Years provenexperience in data analysis within a manufacturing or automation context.Familiarity withstatistical analysis and machine learning techniques.Strongcommunication skills to present data findings to both technical andnon-technical stakeholders.Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and automation technologies.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL,Python, R).Experienced working inmanufacturing environment.Six Sigma Certification a plus.We care for our people.
