Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Deviation and Investigations Writer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Deviation and Investigations Writer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Compliance group supporting compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Deviation and Investigations Writer

Location: Cambridge, MA

Pay Range: $40-50/hr

What's the Job?

  • Lead event investigations to adequately identify root cause and implement appropriate corrective and preventative actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Manage CAPA investigations and oversee the implementation of CAPA.
  • Own manufacturing-related change controls and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Organize data and prepare appropriate documentation, including presenting materials for assigned projects.
  • Participate in continuous improvement teams and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience in compliance or quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and manufacturing operations.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and comply with hygiene standards.
