In this role you will: Use current manufacturing processes and capture best practices in the form of work instructions and work standards. Work with various levels of employees to implement actions to improve processes and production flow. Analyze workforce utilization, space application, and workflow. Monitors required project tasks and time schedules Validate Bills of Materials. Follow all company policies/procedure and any state or federal laws/regulations Perform other duties as assigned Desired Skills Set : Strong communication and collaboration skills.
