Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global specialty chemicals and materials company that powers electronics interconnection across semiconductor, circuit board assembly, and electronic assembly industries. With a legacy spanning multiple decades and a strong presence in the electronics manufacturing sector, our client is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join their innovative team.

🌟 The Opportunity: This role offers a unique blend of hands-on manufacturing engineering and process improvement in a dynamic environment where you'll see your designs and improvements implemented directly on the production floor. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive quality improvements.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to develop and optimize manufacturing specifications and control systems
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for manufacturing equipment
• Develop SOPs, FMEAs, and control plans to ensure consistent product quality
• Lead capX projects and interface with contractors for equipment installations and upgrades
• Write purchase requisitions and manage supplier relationships for equipment and parts
• Create and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and equipment
• Direct maintenance work activities and communicate requirements to all involved parties

🎯 Ideal Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
• 5-7 years of industry engineering experience
• Hands-on manufacturing experience is essential - this is not a desk-only position
• Basic SolidWorks/CAD experience (willing to train the right candidate with strong manufacturing background)
• Experience with automation systems is highly desired
• Strong project management skills and ability to work with contractors
• Experience with process optimization and quality control systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
