Manufacturing Engineer will evaluate and improve manufacturing processes by conducting time studies, line balancing, and identifying process improvement opportunities. This role involves designing and implementing efficient production systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Key Responsibilities:Time Study & Line Balancing: Conduct time studies to analyze and optimize production processes. Perform line balancing to ensure efficient workflow and minimize bottlenecks.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance production efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean Manufacturing principles and eliminate waste.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and present findings to management for decision-making.Compliance & Safety: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in time study, line balancing, and process improvement. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
