Manufacturing Engineer: NPI / Core Mfg.
  • Strong Engineering background on Electrical / Electro-mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
  • Working experience on New Product Introductions.
  • Working experience on Mfg. process control and tools.
  • Able to understand, execute and manage Mfg. process flow and diagrams.
  • Able to work on light soldering activities.
  • Experienced in change management with respect to Mfg. process.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills to co-ordinate among several team members and departments within Mfg. & Engg.
  • Strong Project Management skills. Able to understand and work within a Matrix organization.
  • Experienced in CAPEX projects.
  • Experienced in LEAN manufacturing for factory process.
  • Experienced in implementing process improvements in Mfg. Operations.
  • Understand and hands-on experience on production floor planning.
  • Experienced in creating plan roadmap, track and manage blueprints for product manufacturing.
