If so, we invite you to become a key player in our Manufacturing Department!As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will take charge of production layouts in your assigned area, ensuring optimal safety, quality, and efficiency. Your contributions will directly shape our processes and drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee equipment and processes in your designated area.
  • Coordinate and lead improvement initiatives to enhance production outcomes.
  • Analyze current practices and propose impactful improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance and IT teams on diagnostics, repairs, and process optimization.
  • Focus on cost reduction while maintaining high production standards.
  • Drive the implementation of new products and integrate product changes seamlessly into production.
  • Apply lean manufacturing tools (e.g., TPM, 5S, RCA) to boost efficiency.
Specific Duties:
  • Independently manage projects, including process changes, system improvements, and new product introductions.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for processes and projects.
  • Prepare and oversee budgeting plans, compliance reports, and performance evaluations.
  • Support investments, infrastructure development, and equipment installations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Actively implement programs to prevent emergencies and safeguard workplace safety.
