Manufacturing Engineer - G&H Staffing Companies (Temp-Secure Staffing and LSE Staffing) : Job Details

Our client in Milford, NH is looking to bring on a Manufacturing Engineering. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Involved with MFG production flow and process improvements
• Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications
• Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production process and evaluate potential changes
• Oversee the CNC, Welding and Fabricating departments
• Perform job quotes
• Write methods for machining, welding fabricating.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in either Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• 7+ years working as a MFG Engineer or Process Engineer
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S
• Work Schedule: 4 day work week with Fridays used for overtime
• Knowledge of Machining
• Knowledge of welding and fabricating
• Strong background in Solid Works, Mastercam
