You can learn more here.Key Accountabilities: Develop, implement, validate, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes, digital systems and/or methods of manufacture which are capable of meeting and continue to meet requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate and lead timeMaintain and/or govern Production Technical Packages (technical instructions, programs, SOPs, PFMEAs, etc) for all parts which clearly define the manufacturing processEnsure that manufacturing processes are in full compliance to Health, Safety & Environmental Standards and meet the expectations of the Zero Harm program Promote a culture of zero defects, ensure processes and methods are developed and deployed to support Right First Time manufacturing, and drive improvements with utilization of RRPS, DMAIC and Systems Engineering toolsWork with interfacing teams and local experts to ensure technical aspects of manufacturing processes and digital systems are understood and accounted for as requiredResponsible for self-development to meet the required competencies for the role and continuously seeking to expand knowledge and experience to increase effectiveness in undertaking existing and new activitiesBasic Requirements: Associate degree in Engineering with 4+ years of engineering experience, ORBachelor's degree in Engineering with 2+ years of engineering experience, ORMaster's degree in Engineering, ORJD/PhD in Science, Technology or Engineering, OR6+ years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering or CMC Manufacturing experience in lieu of a degreeIn order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent ResidentPreferred Requirements:Experience with the manufacture of Composites or Aerospace Components with coating operationsExperience with logic-based control systems, VBA programming, and data analysis.Experience with tooling/fixture design and prototyping for manufactureExperience with the FAT/SAT process and the validation of new equipment for use in productionKnowledge of Vacuum Chamber or Furnace operating principles and hardwareKnowledge of piping and instrumentation diagram creation / interpretationCreate the new standard.
