Essential Skills- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of related mechanical design experience
- 2+ years of experience with 3D CAD modeling
- Experience with dimensional engineering and tolerance analysis
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Design for Manufacturing Experience
- Familiar with Process FMEA analyses
- Skilled in the creation of quality systems and gage system design
- Familiar with work instructions and process documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner with a high level of ambition and drive
- Strong people skills, able to work in a highly collaborative team environment
- Hands-on practical manufacturing experience
- Fenestration experience is a plus

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
