Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob DescriptionGuide efforts to redesign current manufacturing methods. Retrofit existing equipment. Assist in the specification of new equipment. Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of related mechanical design experience
• 2+ years of experience with 3D CAD modeling
• Experience with dimensional engineering and tolerance analysis

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Design for Manufacturing Experience
• Familiar with Process FMEA analyses
• Skilled in the creation of quality systems and gage system design
• Familiar with work instructions and process documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Quick learner with a high level of ambition and drive
• Strong people skills, able to work in a highly collaborative team environment
• Hands-on practical manufacturing experience
• Fenestration experience is a plus

Work EnvironmentWill work in an office and cross-functionally with the manufacturing team and production floor. Enjoy a work/life balance with a flexible schedule.
