Position Summary As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be part of a dynamic technical team driving manufacturing safety, compliance, efficiency and productivity in a manufacturing plant environment. You will apply engineering principles to technical problems while researching and finding innovative and cost-effective means to improve safety, compliance, quality, and delivery. You will effect positive organizational change primarily through the execution of capital (machinery and equipment) improvements. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Primary duties include planning, developing, evaluating, and conducting current state analysis and leading the implementation of technical projects towards future state objectives. - You will be responsible for researching, selecting and implementing solutions to a variety of problems using logic, analysis and engineering know-how.
- You will gather and analyze data to develop engineered solutions to complex problems.
Communication
- You will collaborate and communicate with various levels of the organization including production employees, maintenance personnel, suppliers, peers, supervisors, subject matter experts and plant leadership.
- You will have the opportunity to present root cause analyses, project information and project status to various members of leadership.
- You will act with integrity while working with PCC suppliers and internal PCC stakeholders.
Leadership & Teamwork
- You will work within and lead small teams.
- You will be technical support for manufacturing and maintenance teams.
- You will be responsible for successfully managing project budgets and schedules.

- You will receive general guidance on tasks and project work.

Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (minimum requirement)
- Prefer BS-Mechanical Engineering or BS-Manufacturing Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in engineering related work (preferred)
