Manufacturing Enginerer - Selectek Staffing Solutions : Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Hagerstown, MD. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the production and transition to the production of lean and flexible CNC grinders for a diverse range of shaft-type components. The role also involves collaborating with various engineering disciplines, contributing to the transition of new products to production, and completing special projects under the direction of manufacturing management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. 3 years of manufacturing or equivalent experience. Detailed knowledge of mechanical and electronic assembly manufacturing practices, bills of materials, drawings, and assembly process workflow. Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify problems and solutions. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
