Job Title: Manufacturing Equipment Operator II Type: Full Time Job Responsibilities: The Manufacturing Equipment Operator will support the various processing, testing and quality assurance steps related to the manufacturing and repair of CT tubes along with following quality system requirements for associated product lines Essential Job Functions: Create and follow work instructions as it relates to job function Perform CT X-Ray tube loading/unloading of process equipment Operate component cleaning and vacuum furnace equipment Perform assembly operations to prepare components for braze operations Enter test & quality information into systems as described by procedures Perform QA process steps as described by procedures on component parts Maintain appropriate inventories to respond to internal demand Perform various other tasks as it relates to CT x-ray tube manufacturing Perform PM operations to equipment when needed Assist in maintaining documentation accuracy Support Engineering in process development Completes DHR and other paperwork to ensure quality and compliance Supervisory Responsibilities: None Qualification Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Associates degree in related field preferred Use of hand tools and measurement devices Ability to keep work area 6S compliant Ability to work independently Ability to follow work instruction steps in detail 3 years' experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment Ability to troubleshoot products and / or equipment performance desirable Working Environment : Manufacturing Physical Requirements : Lifting up to 50lbs Roughly 75% standing, 25% sitting About Richardson Healthcare - A Division of Richardson Electronics: Richardson Electronics Healthcare provides high-value diagnostic imaging replacement parts, tubes, equipment, and technical support to hospitals, diagnostic imaging centers, medical institutions, independent service organizations, and more.
