Job Description

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and maintain accurate maintenance records using maintenance software.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades.
• Work closely with production staff to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Familiarity with maintenance management software or basic computer applications.
• Previous experience in a RV manufacturing maintenance role is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
