Manages the assigned area ensuring that safety, quality, production, cost control and continuous improvement objectives are met. Able to tackle problems and act with sense of urgency. Lead a high quality, effective start of shift production meeting, ready to discuss all production issues, maintenance needs, etc. from the previous shift.
