This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who has a solid background in the manufacturing industry with a focus on CNC lathe, work orders, production scheduling, first article, inventory, material management, safety management, budgeting, and production planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:As a Manufacturing Manager, your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:1. Overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods.2. Coordinating and directing activities to ensure products meet quality standards.3. Implementing and managing work orders and production schedules to meet production goals.4. Utilizing CNC lathe technology to enhance manufacturing processes.5. Managing inventory and materials to ensure optimal levels are maintained.6. Conducting first article inspections and ensuring compliance with industry standards.7. Implementing safety management practices to create a safe and healthy work environment.8. Developing and managing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness in all processes.9. Leading production planning efforts to ensure efficiency and productivity.10. Identifying and implementing improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality and reductions in waste.Qualifications:To be considered for the Permanent Manufacturing Manager role, the candidate must possess the following:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.3. Proven experience with CNC lathe, work orders, production scheduling, first article, inventory, material management, safety management, budgeting, and production planning.4. Strong leadership and team management skills.5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.7. Proficiency in using business software, including Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing management software.8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.9. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.10.
